01 Initial Meeting
Get in touch with us to schedule your first consultation. We’ll take the time to understand your goals, personal style, and how you live day to day. Together, we’ll explore the exciting potential of your new home and walk you through each step of our process.
02 Site Inspection
A no-obligation onsite consultation enables us to conduct an initial assessment of your land’s characteristics. This evaluation allows us to offer informed guidance on what can be realistically achieved within your budget, timeline, and any site-specific constraints.
03 Design
The Preliminary Agreement enables us to arrange a site survey and prepare a concept design on your behalf for a fixed fee. Our custom home designers will collaborate closely with you to create your ideal floor plan, façade style, and overall home design. Additionally, we will provide a preliminary estimate of the construction cost.
04 Planning
We will carefully review your design concept and cost estimates in line with your specifications and budget, while presenting you with a wide range of options for fixtures and finishes. Our team will work collaboratively with you to ensure your design and lifestyle needs are thoughtfully integrated into your home. Once you are fully satisfied with the design, we will finalise all necessary documentation, including architectural drawings, engineering plans, and planning approvals if required.
05 Quoting and Approval
Our quotation will provide a detailed schedule of fittings and finishes, a realistic timeline for completion, and a copy of the building contract along with all relevant documentation. Upon signing the contract, we will proceed with securing the necessary building approvals. Following this, demolition (if required) and construction can commence.
06 Building
During the construction of your home, you will have access to our system, which provides detailed progress updates and images to keep you fully informed. We also offer the opportunity for regular on-site walkthroughs. Should you wish to make changes to any aspect of your design along the way, our team will work closely with you to accommodate your revised preferences wherever possible.
07 Handover
Before we hand over the keys, we will ensure every detail meets your expectations and satisfaction. You will also receive a comprehensive Homeowner’s Manual, which includes warranties, care instructions, servicing guidelines, and cleaning advice—everything you need to preserve the quality and value of your new home.
08 Maintainance
We are committed to supporting you beyond completion, addressing any maintenance concerns that may arise within the first 3 months and again at the 12-month mark. Your satisfaction is our highest priority—and our most valued recommendation.
